Nox multi instance manager stuck windows 7#
I'm using a desktop running Windows 7 which I've had since about July with no previous problems. I also ran a Malwarebytes Quickscan while typing this which came up clean. not sure if that's something caused by combofix or whatever's messing with my computer is just getting more aggressive. Since I ran combofix however I've noticed a small window randomly appearing in the middle of the screen occasionally but it then disappears straight away, it just flashes very quickly onscreen. Not sure if this is just me imagining things or for whatever reason it decided not to save a report for the second scan? So I then downloaded HijackThis and Combofix which I shall post the logs of following this. I'm also positive I ran Malwarebytes again which came up clean, but there was only 1 report. Still iexplore.exe continues to appear in task manager.

So after removing the threats I ran it again to see if it was clear, but it again detected something which I once again removed. Spybot found a couple of things, Babylon.Toolbar and SweetIM and Adaware also found 2 things which were removed although I can't seem to check what they are? Maybe I'm just being stupid but I can't seem to find a way to open any detailed reports to see what was actually removed, a Trojan of some sort though I'm sure. So I then downloaded Ad-Aware and Spybot. So I then downloaded Malwarebytes which found 3 things, Trojan.Spyeyes, Trojan.LameShield and Trojan.Downloader all apparently quarantined and deleted successfully but a little while later I checked task manager and iexplore.exe was back in numbers.

I had AVG running before all this occured and after running both a full system scan and anti-rootkit scan it found nothing. I have also experienced a few page redirects when browsing the net but these have been pretty rare and CPU has occasionally hit 100% despite me running no more than usual. I ended the process but they keep reappearing (Currently there are 4 instances running). A few days ago I noticed there were multiple instances of iexplore.exe *32 running in task manager despite not having internet explorer open (I don't think I've used it once since I first got my computer and downloaded Firefox through it).
